Return/Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Wholesale orders refunds:

Registered users have to contact us within 3 days after arrival to return the products.

The total amount for the payment of the items will be refunded but shipping costs won’t be refunded.

Refund will be processed after the items have been returned to Thailand.

Drop-shipping orders refunds:

The Drop-shipping items sold in packages of several units and whose items have been unclaimed or returned by the buyers will be credited to your account and you can sell them again.

The quantity of returned items will be restocked to your inventory but shipping and handling costs won’t be refunded.

Restocking will be processed after the items have been returned to Thailand.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • All products must be returned to Thailand.

RCRN-Commerce reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

Order Changes and Cancellation

You can contact us to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, RCRN-Commerce cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rcrn-commerce.com with a copy of your order confirmation and pictures of the problem.

Processing your Refund

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 4 business days to restock your product or refund the payment. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund. 

Undelivered Package

Undelivered packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees. 

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to offer a cancellation. 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
