We make small package offers of lots for small and medium sized retail seller. you will find all necessary details of the product in the description. Shipping costs are 20 Euro. you can add as many lots you like. all items are shipped by registered airmail. on request we can send them by express (please contact us about pricing before you order)

Wholesale Rings are shipped in a US size range between 8 and 14. For example: you order a lot of 21 rings you will get 3 rings in each size (7 sizes in total). you can also order custom sizes without additional costs means you want to offer less size options to your customer

Drop-Shipping means that we are packing your orders and send them to your customer. we offer drop-shipping for certain products on our website. we offer a fixed rate (6 Euro you can add as many items into one package) for sending the package direct to your customer. We know that its necessary for you to receive all shipping details as quick as possible. all items will be sent within 2 business days by registered airmail from Thailand. Most of the items we send within 24 hours but sometimes we have to adjust ring sizes. this can take up to 2 working days. You will receive the tracking number at the same day as you ordered.

Worldwide Shipping

RCRN-Commerce is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the registered user in the checkout page.

RCRN-Commerce ships worldwide, except CANADA and BRAZIL, unfortunately we cannot ship to these countries except by international courier service.

For security reasons, RCRN-Commerce will not send any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Shipping costs

The register user can add as many items per shipment without additional costs.

Wholesale products: Start at $20.00 EUR by registered airmail (Express shipping is available and the shipping costs depends on the delivery geographical area).
Drop-shipping products (retail): $6.00 EUR (includes all handling and shipping fees) per shipment by registered airmail.

Order processing times

Drop-shipping Orders will be sent within 1-2 days after order was placed.

Wholesale Orders will be shipped within 14 days after order was placed. We may send it faster its depending on size requirements and how many orders we are processing.

Shipment Tracking

Delays

RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Undelivered packages

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, it is possible that the buyer must pick up the package at the post office of the corresponding country.

Wrong Delivery Address

RCRN-Commerce will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

Secure Delivery Address

As a registered Drop Shipping user, please recommend your buyers to grant a safe shipping address, such as your home or workplace. RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels by insecure shipping addresses.

REFUND POLICY

Wholesale orders refunds:

Registered users have to contact us within 3 days after arrival to return the products.

The total amount for the payment of the items will be refunded but shipping costs won’t be refunded.

Refund will be processed after the items have been returned to Thailand.

Drop-shipping orders refunds:

The Drop-shipping items sold in packages of several units and whose items have been unclaimed or returned by the buyers will be credited to your account and you can sell them again.

The quantity of returned items will be restocked to your inventory but shipping and handling costs won’t be refunded.

Restocking will be processed after the items have been returned to Thailand.

Conditions of Return

Items must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
All products must be returned to Thailand.

RCRN-Commerce reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

Order Changes and Cancellation

You can contact us to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, RCRN-Commerce cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rcrn-commerce.com with a copy of your order confirmation and pictures of the problem.

Processing your Refund

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 4 business days to restock your product or refund the payment. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.

Undelivered Package

Undelivered packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to offer a cancellation.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a custom design service. Means we make a product as requested from our customer. This is the design of the person or company who ordered it. This Person/Company confirms with the order that it is the legal owner of the design.
