This Shipping Policy applies to all products (Drop-shipping and Wholesale) purchased through:

Worldwide Shipping
RCRN-Commerce is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the registered user in the checkout page.
RCRN-Commerce ships worldwide, except CANADA and BRAZIL, unfortunately we cannot ship to these countries except by international courier service.
For security reasons, RCRN-Commerce will not send any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Shipping costs
The register user can add as many items per shipment without additional costs.
- Wholesale products: Start at $20.00 EUR by registered airmail (Express shipping is available and the shipping costs depends on the delivery geographical area).
- Drop-shipping products (retail): $6.00 EUR (includes all handling and shipping fees) per shipment by registered airmail.
Order processing times
Drop-shipping Orders will be sent within 1-2 days after order was placed.
Wholesale Orders will be shipped within 14 days after order was placed. We may send it faster its depending on size requirements and how many orders we are processing.
Shipping Times
Approximate shipping times: 10 and 22 business days.
(Express shipping is available and the shipping times depends on the delivery geographical area).
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
Shipping place
All products are shipped from Thailand.
Shipment Tracking
RCRN-Commerce provides a tracking number. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain the tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
Customs
Tax
Please
note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the
responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy
on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
Delays
RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Undelivered packages
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, it is possible that the buyer must pick up the package at the post office of the corresponding country.
Wrong Delivery Address
RCRN-Commerce will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
Secure Delivery Address
As a registered Drop Shipping user, please recommend your buyers to grant a safe shipping address, such as your home or workplace. RCRN-Commerce is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels by insecure shipping addresses.
Shipping completed
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which RCRN-Commerce makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the shipping company.
